 Award winning Neighborhood Crime Watch

 Two $500 College Scholarships to worthy Buckhorn high school Seniors

 Neighborhood street socials with games, refreshments, and fun. (Contact us for one in your neighborhood)

 Email blasts and website to keep residents informed of crime, current events, etc.

 Paper newsletters delivered to each home’s front door twice per year

 Improvements HOA made at Buckhorn County Park: 9-hole Frisbee disk-golf course; tetherball; soccer goals; child ball throw game; sand volleyball court; exercise bikes; leg press; and ski-exerciser.

 Santa Claus Parade

 Santa at the Park event with free photos for kids and refreshments

 Cash prizes for best holiday Christmas lights ($550 total)

 Buckhorn community garage sales twice per year where HOA places ads in local newspapers, online, and places garage sale signs at all four Buckhorn entrances. Goodwill donation trailer stationed in

 Buckhorn Bunny Bonanza Easter egg hunt with 1,000 plastic eggs with toys inside along with games and refreshments

 Easter Parade throughout Buckhorn

 American stick flags at every home’s mailbox on Memorial Day.

 American flags posted at all four Buckhorn entrances on Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Veteran’s Day

 Halloween Parade throughout Buckhorn

 Halloween home decorations and lights contest with cash prizes

 Haunted Egg Hunt and Costume Contest at Halloween along with games and refreshments

 Paper shredding and electronics recycling events periodically

 Operation Medicine Cabinet old drugs drop-off in partnership with Hillsborough Sheriff’s Office periodically

 Lobbying of local government entities to repair roads, sidewalks, and concerning unwanted developments, etc.

 Deed restriction work to keep homes looking good.
